Electro-mechanical technician
Qualifications:

1. Seeking a technician with very strong electro-mechanical background. Candidate must possess electronic/controls and mechanical skills, and be able to use a variety of tools and equipment.

2. Required abilities include:
1. Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, electronic and control schematics, pneumatic schematics, maintenance manuals and engineering sketches/specifications
2. Must be able to diagnose system failures and equipment malfunctions through analysis of system components.
3. Must posses a good overall working knowledge of panel wiring, programmable logic controllers (PLC), relays, motors, sensors and troubleshooting skills for both AC and DC circuits. 
4. Must posses a working knowledge of bill of material systems and structures.
5. Must be a self starter able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, self-directed environment, team player, able to change priorities quickly.
6. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and meet deadlines. 
7. Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, basic database software, etc.)
8. Candidate should have a positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of technicians, engineers to insure products meet applicable standards and customer specifications.  
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.
10. Experience working directly with customers is required
11. Ability to travel as required both domestically and internationally.
12. Willing to work overtime when demand requires.
13. Personal hand tools are required.

3. Desired abilities include:
1. Prior experience with PLC automation systems, production machinery, and the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems from schematic diagrams
2. Basic mechanical fabrication experience is also a plus.
3. Demonstrated manual dexterity as it relates to detailed assembly processes. 
4. Prior experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks a definite plus. 
5. Robotics experience is a plus.

4. Responsibilities include:
1. Candidate will be responsible for assembly, wiring, set-up and testing, tear down and shipping, and installation of control systems. 
2. Training or customers/end users in the operation of the company’s products with proper experience.

Physical Demands:

• Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, kneel, or crouch.
• Employee is constantly using hands to perform functions.
• Employee will frequently be required to lift 50 lbs. 

2-4 years related experience required
